Sometimes, less is much more.
Recently I’ve been listening to quite a bit of electro music and decided iTunes visualizes things way too much… and as I was following another artist who VJ’s as an AlterEgo, I’ve created 10 minimalist visualizers using Apple’s Quartz Composer… I’m working on getting them all controlled via a WiiMote now…
They’re great when listening to popular Dutch electro music!
You can download all 10 here: http://www.mattjarvis.co.uk/downloads/MMinimalist_visualizers.zip
To install (Mac OS X):
1) unzip the file and put them in your /Library/Compositions folder.
2) Open iTunes (quit and restart if it was open)
3) Select a visualizer from View -> Visualizers
Start the visualizer!
Please let me know what you think!
Enjoy!
